This week, LS Associates would like to spotlight Holly Purcell!

Holly Purcell is a strategic accounting and finance leader with 20 years of experience and a proven track record of establishing strong corporate governance, enhancing transparency through accurate financial reporting and developing scalable processes in high growth life science companies.

She is skilled in strategic planning, M&A and IPO readiness, SEC reporting and S-1 preparation, cross-functional operational leadership and development, and the promotion of high performing talent. She has been an integral member of three IPO and M&A teams as well as participated in numerous debt offerings and has a breadth of experience standing up boards of directors and committees. She has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility from Southern New Hampshire University and is a CPA. She serves LS Associates as a Chief Operations Officer, Corporate Controller, and CFO engagements.
